FFP System Inc. provides support for our customers from initial concept to supplying spare parts for the equipment that they have purchased. We also supply on-going technical support to ensure that our customers continue to utilize the equipment with optimal efficiency. Pilot Testing


We supply pilot units of various sizes to support the testing of the client’s sludge. Pilot testing can be performed at FFP Systems Inc. or your facility. If you choose for the pilot test to be performed at your facility, we have available technicians.
 
Test findings are proven to be valuable to determine the proper sizing of the equipment. The pilot testing involves the following activities:
  • Sludge Dewatering
  • Determining Selection of Cloth
  • Air Blow Cycles
  • Wash Water Cycles
  • Cake Release
  • Cake Analysis and Assays

Engineering and Technical Evaluation


Within this service, the following is provided:
  • Evaluate The Degree of Automation Required to Suit the Client’s Budget and Needs
  • Supply General Arrangement Drawings
  • Supply Process and Instrumentation
  • Support to Our Customers to Size Equipment

Filter Press Start-Ups and Commissioning


We provide service technicians to assist with new and used equipment for the customers’ systems start-ups.

Technical Support


For any questions regarding the filter presses, engineers and technicians are available for on-site visits for troubleshooting and assessment of the equipment.
